Hey Sista's,
I would love for us to get together for my 40th B-Day in Septemeber. I am celebrating the whole month. Before my B-DAY 16 September, I want to go out with all the ladies who just want to get away. I enjoy going to the Tidewater Tides base ball games. There you meet a lot of people especially guys just kicking back.
I want to meet some of the local women in the Tidewater area and those who are traveling through the great state of Virigina. What I found to be amazing is the strength of women, to hear the stories that express the treasures of the soul of women who strength and struggle is so overwhelm that it needs to be celebrated.

| Ever since I decided to pursue my dream and completely trust God it's been a rode! I look at the last message that you posted on my page and I keep holding steady. Even though I am homeless with a laptop and my car I know that things will magnitude ten times over for me. There is peace in my life evn though sometimes I get frustrated with how things are going. It's just a phase, I know and see that. Somedays are just better than others. I know he is with me and I know he is the only one that will see me through. I read your journal everytime I log in and I find them very uplifting for my soul and I believe for everyone else that come across your paths. I'm new to this site you know, but I am definetely hooked, its so nice just to hear what other people have to say about life and it makes me appreciative of what I have than complain and be down with all the problems that I have. I realize that im not the only one that have these problems. I just pray everyday and let the Lord direct me through out the day.

Hi Pastur Ruby!! Thank you!! I needed those nice words - how is it that your timing is always so mysteriously perfect? I'm going under the knife to have some cancer removed from my neck on Wednesday. I just found out about it and am happy that my doctors are moving very quickly!! I've learned that there has been someone standing beside me and guiding me lately. I just needed to listen. I won't make that mistake again. God's work really isn't that mysterious afterall. You just have to pay attention.
And how are YOU? I hope that while you are giving of your self and your time that you take time to care for yourself as well. My little man does consume all my time, but I try to make time for reflection and just some QUIET, at least every other day. It's so important for us as women I think. I pray that you have balance, I pray that faith may take us all to new heights and I pray for your peace and happiness. And I'm really so thankful to have met someone like you here.

Walking is a great form of exercise without overexhausting yourself, and you can go at your own pace. The reason why I'm trying to lose weight and get in shape is for me. Not for society. I want to be healthier for my daughter and be able to keep up with her. She's a little ball of energy so chasing after her takes a lot of energy. ^_^ Also, I want to be able to fit back into my old clothes. I don't wanna buy anymore clothes in bigger sizes. I'm cheap and I love my old clothes. I'm an 18 right now, I want to try to get back down to at least a 12. I know it will take a lot of work and time, but I'm willing to do it.
If you want to, try this out, my trainer told me about this one. It's not very hard. Take a mop handle, or broom handle. Hold it on your shoulders like you're carrying two buckets of water and twist from side to side. You can do as many reps as you want. It helps to work your sides and abs. Don't forget to breathe. I know that sounds silly, but it's important. Don't hold your breath, breathe evenly and slowly as your working out.
Well, I gotta go to the gym tonight. I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.

My question is ...Life is very hard for me and I have many circumstances that disourage me everyday. I try each day to count my blessings and stay focused on liiving my life to please Him and stay in His will. It says that God will not give you any more than you can handle....well I am beginning to not believe that. I want to know how to really believe in that again. Just as I get through one crisis another pops up. I just want some peace, I'm tired and weary. What can I do to believe that God is still real?
I know its a biggy, your thoughts would be so appreciated.

But pastor ruby i would like to share something with you that happen at my job today they is trying to change my shift to later at night and i can't take it because of my childrens and what should i do about older womans that keep up a lot mess at work. because i have a lot of problems with that. i try speak and keep my head up high and keep a smile on my face but it feel like they is getting to me especial when they say bad things about me. i don't worry because i they just thinking about me. I don't know who to trust at my job. I need a word of advise from the woman of God.

| Its funny how you would say my husband is my Boaz, when we were married July7 the Pastor suggested for us to use the scripture from Ruth that it would be appropriate with my name being Ruth. Intreat me not to leave thee verse. We did that at the lighting of the unity candle. I just thought of this as I was talking with my husband. |

thank you for your kind words. everything you said is so true. and i knew it, but i guess i just needed that extra push we all need every once and a while. i thank you for your prayers. and even if i dont get this promotion i know im still in a good place cuz i have god on my side and he will take care of my daughter and me. thank you so much for the reminder. and i'll talk to you soon

I needed to hear those words of encouragement... right now I don't know the direction of where the book is going and the promotional tool of selling t-shirts is not going as well as would like. Despite those uncertainities I feel the holy spirit moving and working. That gives me peace and I know God has something amzing for me around the corner. Your message came at the right time, when I needed reassuring in my walk and my purpose and spreading this gift through out....

Your kind words came at a wonderful time for me. My husband lost his grandfather on Thursday and it's been very hectic. You really made my day with such a wonderful compliment.
