| It's been a very long time since I've come to her orbit. I'm super excited to see you're still exercising. I have to admit, I stopped for a while. I started to get back on track last week and pretty sore today! What have you been up to? |

I tried the stick thing it works out pretty nicely. I am sore... but hey! If I look great that will work for me. Ask me about a month from now on my b-day 16 Sept. I show a pic of my latest workout jam of how exercise has paid off. Thanks you're my inspiration. I find women who do extrodinary things are my inspiriation it does'nt matter what you do in life, there's always somebody you find beautiful and wonderful like you. Thanks a billion of waz.

Hey Sherill,
I've tried your exercise routine with being on the sink, instead I used the wall that was challenging. I actually enjoy that instead of doing it on the floor. The floor to me is hard, but I still try to do sit ups, once in the morning and the evening. I am determine to look great for my 40th B-day n September. I am celebrating the whole month. Until then I got to walk, excercise until I get where I am most comfortable. I am not doing to fit a certain society image, but to feel good about being the woman I am in this time in space. I hope those who read this understand I am just loving me. Loving me is just the medicine I need, that we need to love on ourselves.
You're my inspiration, I look forward to hear what you've accomplish or going to accomplish in the day. Thank you for posted it, it reall motivate me to maintain my temple.

Thanks for the post, and yes I get a noticed. I was reflecting maybe not so much as flowers, but in a card send a gift card it doesn't have to be much whatever you give. Those are great gifts as well, what does your mom enjoy doing and can do ? Maybe something from the heart like words of love and observation you got from your mother's love and discipline. Sometimes for my b-day I send her flowers and I write what's on my heart just express yourself and be true. Also, encourage to love herself after all she brought the greatest gift to world you and we're blessed by the love she shown to you thru you to help us be a better world and place to live.

| Hi, you caught my attention because of the exercising and working out. It sounds like your doing awesome. Hang in there. About 6 years ago I wasn't happy with my weight and lost about 40 lbs. I've gone up and down over the months and years about 10-15 lbs. I find that it is always a struggle to maintain but worth it. I've been needing some motivation lately. Reading your workout logs helps. In fact, I'm getting off the computer to put in a exercise DVD! Thank you! |

Thanks for the compliment =) I really need to workout again so I can get back into shape and for my overall health. It definitely isn't easy. I see you are really commited based on your journal posts. Have you had some results from it already?
