| I'm glad that I can be an inspiration. I've also come to notice that if you are around people who are working out it gives you more motivation to do so as well. I know it's gonna be hard to maintain the weight loss, once there is some weight loss anyway. I will not give up. I am extremely determined. I keep hearing stories from my trainer about people who sign up and never show or don't show back up after the first session! What a waste of money. I guess they felt it was too hard and didn't wanna continue. I'll admit it sure as heck ain't easy, but it'll be worth it in the long run. I believe in that, and I've never been one to run away from a challenge...only sometimes (life threatning), not that much of a daredevil. ^_^ |

| Thank you for the comment and encouragement. That sounds like a pretty good workout! I have all kinds of workout DVD's and games for the PS2 (Playstation 2, has some cool exercise stuff). I just couldn't get myself up and moving to do them. With a personal trainer I have to pay for the service and if I don't go I get charged. Can't waste the money! ^_^ It's my motivation to get moving. I've found that since working out with my trainer I am also working out more at home as well. |
